With our portal your can perform a sim check, manage simcards, find answers to FAQ's and submit a support call.
After you login you'll find the option to do a sim check in order to check the status of a simcard or network. This sim check application can also be reached from your mobile phone, so it's available anywhere and anytime. If neither the simcard nor the network shows any problem, you can go to our management platform to check the simcard's activity, data usage and when necessary activate or deactivate a simcard. If both applications indicate a problem with the simcard or network, you can send us a support request. Based on this request we can take immediate action.
Within the control & support section of our website all support questions will be logged, so you'll find a FAQ database with earlier received support questions and our solutions.
